As the weather gets nicer, you should plan on going outside to get your 60 minutes each day. (Remember "Play 60") We need to build your fitness, and have fun doing it!

3rd, 4th, and 5th grades will be fitness testing towards the end of the year. You will need to practice your push ups and sit ups, get your heart rate up while running, and don't forget to stretch every everyday. (Especially after you excerise!)
Remember to pack sneakers if you do not wear them on Physical Education days!
