In order to improve communications between the home and school, we are listing the email addresses of our administrators, teachers, and staff members on our district website. This new feature will enable you to contact a teacher, a secretary, or an administrator without the frustration of playing phone tag. Effective May 1, 2008, the email addresses of our staff will be posted on each school's website and, by simply clicking on the person’s name, a new mail message window will appear on your screen. After entering your question or comment for the staff member, simply send the message. While the system is new, our expectation is that you will receive a response in 48 hours or less.
We hope that by having the email addresses of your child’s teachers and administrators available to you on our website, we will improve and strengthen communications between you and our staff. We know from experience that strong communications between the home and the school can improve our instructional program and increase student achievement.
