Central's Cougars participate in a wide variety of interscholastic sports throughout the school year.
Both in the past, and recently, our sports teams have distinguished themselves earning places in, and often winning, various local and county championships and competitions.
2012
SPRING SPORTS
In order to tryout and participate in a sport, every student must have:
- turned in up to date physical forms to the school nurse.
- turned in an up to date blue Athletic Permission Form to the school nurse.
- turned in an up to date green Student Athletic Health History Form to the school nurse.
- completed an Impact Concussion Test (and turned in a completed Concussion Acknowledgement Form to Mr. Schmid) within the last two years.
All paperwork needs to be handed into the nurse by the morning of Tuesday March 6th.
Concussion Test Dates for Spring Sports:
Test will be administered in Computer Lab Room 604 at 2:45pm each day. Please hand in Concussion Acknowledgement Form to Mr. Schmid on the day you take the test.
Tues 3/6- Prospective Baseball Players
Weds. 3/7- Prospective Softball Players
Fri 3/9- Makeup Test
